Limited scholarships are available for Media Artists residing in Louisiana, North Carolina and Tennessee through a South Carolina Arts Commission grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and eight state arts agencies, including the Louisiana Division of the Arts and New Orleans Video Access Center; the North Carolina Arts Council; and the Tennessee Arts Commission.

To be eligible for a full refund, written requests must be received before 5:00pm May 23, 2002. All requests must include the Social Security Number or Federal Employer ID Number of the payor. You will receive a full refund if the class is cancelled by the South Carolina Arts Commission Media Arts Center. There are NO refunds once a class has started.
