Limited scholarships are available
for Media Artists residing in Louisiana, North Carolina and Tennessee through a South Carolina Arts Commission grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and eight state arts agencies, including the Louisiana Division of the Arts and New Orleans Video Access Center; the North Carolina Arts Council; and the Tennessee Arts Commission.
